6 km from Valenca & 7 km from Spain and river Minho. Only 25 minutes drive from Vigo (Spain) and 60 minutes from Porto airports. Friendly easygoing English host of retired age with younger Asian wife. We eat meat, however vegetarians are most welcome. Newly acquired small holding, accommodation of a very high standard in modern house with all comforts. Incredible views, not isolated. Enjoy beautiful surroundings of vineyards ideal for walking. Experience traditional Portugal in an area where very little English is spoken. NOT all work and no play, only work 5 hours each day from 8 am to 1.00 pm. Cycles are provided if required Assistance required including land clearance, general gardening, pruning fruit trees and assisting with renovation of adjacent old stones ruin which is in need of complete renovating.
